Welcome to Queer Strength PDX! I'm Rachel (they/them) and I'm a personal trainer specializing in barbell strength training and injury rehabilitation & prevention. I have a lifelong background in competitive sports, most recently powerlifting & strongman, and am passionate about supporting athletes of all levels to feel & perform their best. It has been the biggest honor to support dozens of queer & trans clients over the years to feel safe, empowered, curious, & resilient with a barbell in their hands!
